It was in his mother's kitchen that Chef Ours discovered his passion for gastronomy.

A graduate of the Poligny hotel school, he honed his skills on the Côte d'Azur, working in the most prestigious Cannes palaces where he was inspired by the richness of Mediterranean cuisine. In 2016, Chef Ours moved to Saint-Martin, while continuing to explore new flavors around the world.

With more than five years of experience as a Chef in the Caribbean, he decided to share his know-how by becoming a Private Chef. From now on, he puts his talent at the service of individuals, offering tailor-made meals directly at your home, with fresh, local and quality ingredients.
